Getting Started

Who This Guide Is For

This guide is for end users of the Uthsav website (not developers). It explains how to use the main features and how the typical planning flow works.

Access Levels (Guest vs. Logged In)

You can browse many parts of Uthsav without creating an account, but some actions require login.

  • Browse dashboards for Weddings, Festivals, and Events
  • Browse theme inspiration
  • Read the Resources library
  • Like / dislike themes
  • Save event plans (activities)
  • View, edit, and delete your saved plans
  • Manage budgets and tasks for your plans
  • Invite others to help with tasks
  • Use Messages and Notifications
  • Update your profile and account settings

Create an Account

  1. Open https://uthsav-liart.vercel.app/
  2. Select Sign Up.
  3. Enter your first name, last name, email, and (optional) phone number.
  4. Submit the form.
  5. Check your email for your username and password, then log in.

Didn’t receive your login details?

Check your spam/junk folder. If needed, use the Forgot Password flow.

Log In

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Select Remember me (optional).
  4. Submit to access your saved plans, tasks, budgets, and collaboration tools.
  1. Choose your occasion type (Wedding, Festival, or Event).
  2. Explore themes and pick a starting direction.
  3. Create your first event plan (name, location, date).
  4. Add tasks and a basic budget.
  5. Invite collaborators if you are planning with others.

Occasion types are separate workspaces

Plans, themes, budgets, and tasks are grouped by occasion type. If you don’t see something you created, double-check you’re on the same type (Weddings / Festivals / Events).
