Troubleshooting¶
Quick checklist
- Refresh the page and try again
- Confirm you’re logged in (some features require login)
- Confirm you’re on the correct occasion type (Weddings / Festivals / Events)
Login issues
- Incorrect email/password: verify the email address you used during signup.
- Didn’t receive signup credentials: check spam/junk; if missing, sign up again or use Forgot Password.
- Redirected to login: your session may have expired; log in again and continue.
“You must be logged in” errors
Some actions require a Uthsav account:
- Saving a plan (activity)
- Editing or deleting plans
- Reacting to themes (like/dislike)
- Budgets, tasks, messages, notifications, and settings
Log in and retry the action.
I can’t see my plans
- Plans are stored per occasion type.
- Make sure you are on the same type where you created the plan.
Themes won’t load or generate
- Refresh the page and check your connection.
- If generation is blocked, you may have reached a daily limit; try again later.
Location search isn’t working
Uthsav uses a location autocomplete. If you don’t see suggestions:
- Try a shorter query (city name + venue keyword).
- Confirm your browser has internet access.
- Retry after a few seconds.
Messages / attachments problems
- If an attachment fails to upload, try a smaller file or a different format.
- If messages don’t appear, refresh the page and confirm you are logged in.
Notifications count looks wrong
- The badge count can update when the tab regains focus.
- Open the notifications panel to refresh the list.
- Use “Mark all read” if you want to clear the count.
