Password Help

Uthsav supports password reset and password change flows.

If you can’t log in:

  1. Open the Forgot Password page.
  2. Enter the email address you used to register.
  3. Submit the request.
  4. Check your inbox for a secure reset link.

Notes:

  • The reset link expires after a limited time (for example, 1 hour).
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email.

Reset Your Password

  1. Open the reset link from your email.
  2. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  3. Make sure it meets the password requirements shown on the page.
  4. Submit to update your password.
  5. Log in with your new password.

Change Password (While Logged In)

If you are logged in and want to update your password:

  1. Open the account menu.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. Follow the prompts to set a new password.
